Exchange Policy
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you have 7 days to exchange the item(s) from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, you are required to notify us via FB Messenger/Whatsapp us within 24 hours after receiving the item. We will consider the reason and authorize the items to be exchanged.
All items to be exchanged must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging, and its seal should not be broken or damaged. Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be required to make the exchange in our Showroom only, we do not entertain any exchange via delivery means as we need to inspect the returned item(s) before approving the exchange and all exchange will only be allowed once, thus you will also need to inspect the products during the exchange in our Showroom to your satisfactory.
We do not accept returns or refunds.
